The first stage of Neva Towers is completed

The construction of the first stage of the most ambitious residential project on Presnenskaya Embankment, the Neva Towers multifunctional complex with premium apartments (developer Renaissance Development), has been completed in the Moscow City business center. The second stage will be put into operation in 2020.

Thanks to the concept of residential skyscrapers with panoramic views, its own private park and club infrastructure, Neva Towers has become the most successful in the history of Moscow City: at least one transaction a day has been going on here since the start of sales. Notably, most buyers purchase apartments in Neva Towers for their own permanent residence.

Metropolis has completed designing on the stages of Concept, Project Documentation and carried out consulting services for the facility. The complex is included in the global database of high-rise buildings of Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (Tower 1, Tower 2).

    NEVA TOWERS visualisation

When developing the concept of Neva Towers, the architects - the American bureau HOK and the Russian bureau SPEECH - were inspired by classic New York skyscrapers in the Art Deco style. As a result, the glass facades of the towers were decorated in the form of pylons made of light stone, which emphasize the monumentality of the building.

Neva Towers is one of the three tallest buildings in Moscow City, along with the Federation Tower and the OKO skyscraper. The complex consists of two towers (65 and 79 floors), united by a common four-story stylobate, on the roof of which there is a private park with a 20 m long panoramic pool, a spa, a fitness center, a cinema, a squash court, a virtual golf.

One of the main advantages of the complex, thanks to which it is chosen for family living, is panoramic views of Moscow. Due to their advantageous location, the skyscrapers provide a panoramic view of the city center - from Victory Park to the Ostankino Tower. The apartments are sold with white box or full finishing, penthouses are in shell&core condition.

In addition to housing, Neva Towers will provide offices (they will occupy 26 floors of one of the two towers), as well as shops, restaurants, cafes, bank branches and other commercial infrastructure facilities (they will occupy four floors of the stylobate part). The underground part of the complex will also house a parking lot for 2040 cars.
