In 2024, during the session «Role and Functions of the General Designer in the Implementation of Technically Complex and Unique Facilities», organized by the company «Metropolis», the topic of construction participants’ expectations from general designer companies was raised. Opinions were expressed by representatives of government bodies, clients, technical clients, developers, and the scientific community.
According to the analysis conducted in 2024, only 7.2% of design companies have the potential to perform the functions of a general designer. This year, the discussion will be continued at the forum by representatives of the few companies that successfully fulfill this role and possess the relevant experience.
