From September 30 to October 3, 2025 , Metropolis experts actively participated in the business program of the 100+ TechnoBuild International Forum and Exhibition, delivering presentations at key industry sessions.
The professional approach and involvement of our colleagues in the preparation and presentation process once again made it possible to make sure that the Metropolis team is able to inspire the industry audience with its expertise, arouse interest in non-standard and innovative solutions adopted during the design process, and strengthen the opinion that Metropolis implements truly complex and significant projects. projects for the country.
Alexey Krotov, spoke on the first day of the forum about the design of clean rooms during the implementation of the project of Moscow clinical scientific and practical center named after A.S. Loginov. The presentation aroused professional interest and was given the opportunity to develop in the format of a publication in an industry journal.
Alexander Vorozhbitov, CEO and co-founder of Metropolis, conducted an in-depth analysis of the general design market in Russia and, at a thematic session organized by our company, spoke about the factors affecting the market and demand, setting a vector for discussing the challenges facing the professional community across the country.
Our engineers Olga Zykova, Kirill Pivovarov, Alexey Krotov and Vladimir Medvedkin participated in a unique session in the business program of the forum dedicated to mathematical modeling (CFD). It is worth noting not only the detailed reports on the example of unique objects, but also the professional cohesion that captivated the audience throughout the session.
The final day of the forum was no less active than all three previous ones:
Designers of Metropolis Denis Maisiev, Asilya Tazetdinova and Alexander Plotnikov became participants of the INTERCONSTROY forum, which is traditionally held within the framework of 100+ TechnoBuild. The reports of our colleagues aroused genuine interest in the audience and continued with answers to questions from the audience and discussions on the sidelines.
Alexandra Sinyuchkova, the company's leading marketer, spoke about some forms of sustainable development implementation using the example of Metropolis educational projects and shared the company's experience in implementing the International Engineering CASE-IN Championship as an initiator and strategic partner.
Alexander Sumenkov, the head of the technology department group, became a participant in the Architectural Marathon, which was held for the first time within the framework of the forum, where he discussed with his fellow architects the subtleties of implementing objects of spectacular architecture.
Also on October 1, our colleagues had the opportunity to attend one of the key events of the forum, a plenary session with the participation of top industry officials, the key theme of which was Technological Breakthrough.
The discussion at the meeting made it possible to ensure that Metropolis meets current trends and market demands.
"Since 2020, a set of measures has been implemented to reduce the investment and construction cycle. The key direction is the total digitalization of the industry. Today, it is almost impossible to submit documentation for examination in a non-digital format. All regulations have been translated into machine-readable format. Gosexpertiza is actively developing the use of artificial intelligence technologies to speed up document processing," Irek Fayzullin noted.
Over the seven years of participating in the 100+ TechnoBuild forum, the Metropolis team has significantly expanded its professional contribution to the industry agenda at this site.
A small summary of our team's involvement in the forum this year was summed up by Alexander Vorozhbitov in a report for the OTV Yekaterinburg channel, which can be viewed at the link.
