This year, Metropolis presented its stand at the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition for the first time, giving visitors the opportunity to become more closely acquainted with the company’s unique approaches to the design of technically complex facilities. The debut proved to be truly successful: the company’s stand ranked among the top 15 best stands at the exhibition out of 612 presented, becoming one of the exhibition’s notable points of attraction for visitors.
The booth did not go unnoticed among the official guests: the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Faizullin inspected the exposition of the XII International Construction Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild.
Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, inspected the expositions of the XII International Construction Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild.
The design of the booth was inspired by one of the company’s landmark projects — the Opera and Ballet Theatre in Sevastopol, which this year received the country’s main engineering and construction award, the 100+ Awards, in two categories: «Best Architectural Solution: Under Construction» and «Best Structural Solution: Under Construction», becoming a three-time winner of the engineering Oscar. Metropolis victory at the 100+ Awards once again confirmed the uniqueness and high professionalism of our team.
The stand’s design referenced the image of a theatre: purity of color, smoothness of lines, and a «human-scale» spatial composition emphasized the company’s philosophy and transformed the exhibition space into a point of attraction for all who value the harmony of architecture and engineering thought.
The booth’s exposition featured a 12-minute video created by our team. It showcased the company’s projects in the civil construction sector — sports facilities, healthcare institutions, and cultural venues — as well as the full range of services of Metropolis: project management at all design stages — Concept, Design Documentation, Tender Documentation, Working Documentation, Author Supervision, and Technical Audit — within the development of architectural, structural, and engineering solutions. The design and multimedia content reflect the company’s core values and demonstrate the Metropolis team’s approach — designing with love for people.
The 100+ TechnoBuild Forum and Exhibition is the largest business platform in Russia, bringing together key players in the construction industry. This year, the company Metropolis made a strong showing with its booth, took part in the business program, and became part of the key events: an insightful industry session on general design and a triumphant victory at the 100+ Awards.
We look forward to new achievements next year!
