A positive conclusion is received from the Moscow Regional State Expertise on the project "Microtown "In the Forest" 2nd stage of construction, located at the address: Moscow Region, Krasnogorsk District, Otradnenskoye village, Maryino village.
In accordance with the Design Assignment, the 2nd stage of construction includes five multi-section residential buildings No. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of variable number of floors (6-12 floors), with non-residential premises on the ground floor and one underground floor. Houses 11 and 14, as well as 13 and 15 are united in the underground level by a common car park.
