    The object "Student hostel on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center" is a complex of buildings of different heights with a maximum number of storeys of 5 floors with built-in public and auxiliary premises.


    The main function of the object "Student quarter on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center" is:

    1. Creation of a student dormitory project using modern construction technologies and in accordance with the best international and Russian practices
    2. Formation of optimal planning solutions providing comfortable accommodation for students
    3. Creation of a safe, innovative, environmentally sustainable and energy efficient facility for student accommodation that meets the strict modern requirements for energy efficiency and safety of the living environment;
    4. Formation of flexible planning solutions for the possibility of making changes and redevelopments during construction

    In the course of the design, Metropolis specialists carried out a comparative analysis of the best foreign experience in the construction of student dormitories and selected the best options. When developing the concept, two options for the facades of the dormitories were developed.
