The Admiral Business Center is a project being developed in the South Port area of Moscow, in an area with a developing transport infrastructure and high potential for business activity. The business center is part of the residential neighborhood of the same name, integrated into the existing urban fabric, and focused on providing stable performance and flexible usage.

The building visually consists of four connected sections. Starting from the 32nd floor, they are cut at an angle, forming diamond-shaped elements. The 32nd to 43rd floors feature terraces with panoramic views of Moscow. The total area of the office spaces is 66,191 square meters.

The planning solutions provide for versatile office spaces that can be adapted to various scenarios, from classic office layouts to open workspaces. Flexibility is achieved through the rational layout of the structural scheme and the placement of engineering units.

The ground floor will house lobbies, shops, and restaurants. The second and third floors of the stylobate will have a closed parking lot. The business center will also have an underground parking lot.

The area around the Admiral Business Center will be landscaped and equipped with recreation areas, bike paths, spacious sidewalks for walking, and parking areas with electric vehicle chargers.

The facility's engineering equipment meets the requirements of modern business centers. It includes efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems that provide a comfortable microclimate, as well as vertical transportation designed to handle peak traffic.

The total area of the complex is more than 93,000 sq.m, which allows for the efficient accommodation of both large tenants and medium-sized companies with different requirements for the organization of workspaces. The project implements an approach that focuses on functional efficiency, adaptability, and ease of use, ensuring the sustainability of the facility in the long term.
