The Chkalov House complex is located on the Kurskiy railway station square, in the center of Moscow, at the exit from the Chkalovskaya and Kurskaya metro stations. The facades of the high-rise towers face the Garden Ring and the side streets, from the windows of the apartments you can see the Stalinist high-rise buildings, the Kremlin, the ensemble of buildings "Moscow City" and the city blocks of the Basmanny District. You can enter the complex from the side of the Kursk railway station or 1st Syromyatnichesky lane.

The concept of the complex was developed in a new format - residential retail, which has proven itself in New York, Singapore, Tokyo, Dubai and other cities of the world. The two towers in which the finished apartments are located are connected by a shopping gallery. The residential part of the project has its own entrance lobby.

The four lower floors of the Chkalov House are occupied by a shopping center with galleries, a restaurant and a cafe. The fifth floor is the public space of the residents of the house with a co-working area, a wellness club, a yoga studio, a lounge with a cinema, a party-room and a restaurant on the terrace. For the convenience of residents, a reception service and a technical service for building maintenance are provided.

The premium apartment complex Chkalov House is a single composition of two 21-storey towers 96 m high, a four-storey shopping center and a four-level underground parking for 270 cars. Land area - 0.65 hectares. Glass and metal dominate in the decoration of the facades of buildings similar to New York skyscrapers: panoramic windows in aluminum profiles, metal cladding panels.

Engineering equipment includes a central air conditioning system VRV, the ability to adjust the temperature regime, modern power supply (14-18 kW for each apartment), high-speed Internet, digital telephony, TV networks. All systems are controlled from a single control room. Security is ensured by video surveillance and an access control system. The building is equipped with Schindler silent high-speed elevators. The four-level underground parking has 270 parking spaces.

Architectural solutions were developed by the Moscow bureau Speech. The project developer is IKON Development.
