The complex is built on the Prechistenskaya embankment, in the immediate vicinity of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The object is organically integrated into the historical fabric of the city, responding to it with modern, but emphasized calm and large-scale architectural solutions, the project also includes modern engineering solutions that create a special atmosphere in the walls of the building.

The project was originally designed to operate as a hotel, but implemented as a building with apartments.
