The elite residential complex "Mont Blanc" is located in Moscow on Shlyuzovaya Embankment, opposite the House of Music.

The project rediscovers the Zamoskvorechye district, sets its new character, aesthetics and lifestyle. The complex has all the opportunities for business activity, relaxing holidays in the park, exciting walks, and a comfortable life for a modern person in a historical environment.

The complex is one of the key ensembles of the Garden Ring Street. Its dominant - a 27-story building - forms a point of attraction, has an interesting shape, high-quality engineering systems and materials. Lower-rise buildings face the embankment and complement the ensemble, which embodies the contrast of Moscow infrastructure.

In addition to the classic formats, the complex provides unique living spaces with special aesthetics: apartments with private terraces of up to 60 sq.m and penthouses of up to 228 sq.m with ceilings of 4.35 m on the upper floors.

The functional content of the buildings includes, in addition to the usual lobby and elevator groups, comfortable waiting areas, a clubhouse for events of various formats and equipped meeting rooms.

A two-level parking lot with charging stations for electric cars is organized in the underground part of the complex, and silent high-speed elevators allow you to get from the parking lot to the desired floor. There is also a ground-based guest parking on the territory of the residential complex.

The Metropolis company worked on the project at the concept and design documentation stages. Technological, structural and engineering solutions have been designed.
