    Comfort-class residential complex "New Zelenograd" is being built in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow Region. On an area of more than 90 hectares, it is planned to build about 1.3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate, as well as social and entertainment infrastructure.


    As part of the first stage of construction, multi-storey sectional residential buildings of the Economy + class were erected. All buildings have alternating heights (11-15 floors) between sections, which creates an original rhythmic silhouette of the complex. The location of construction objects is planned according to the principle of block houses with landscaped courtyards.



    The modern social infrastructure makes the microdistrict comfortable for living, sports, leisure and recreation. There are walking areas and playgrounds in the courtyards. In addition to residential buildings, the first stage of the Novy Zelenograd residential complex will include a kindergarten, a school and multifunctional complexes with multi-storey open parking lots.


    Metropolis specialists have developed a project for the planning of the territory in terms of utilities of the microdistrict, as well as completed design documentation for the structural and engineering sections for the first stage of construction.


    The project became the winner in the nomination "The best residential complex under construction (economy, comfort class)" of the residential real estate award RREF AWARDS 2020.
