Denis Dubinin, Senior Project Manager at Metropolis, became a member of the competition's expert council. Together with more than 40 best industry experts, Denis will evaluate the submitted projects. In addition to the expert council, the City Competition Commission was formed, which includes key representatives of the city’s construction and related departments. Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction, heads the Commission.

In 2022, the GES-2 House of Culture was named project of the year at this competition, and also won the popular vote, becoming the best cultural and educational facility. The Metropolis team participated in the project and worked on structural solutions and internal engineering systems at the Concept, Project documentation and Detail Design stages. The reconstruction of the building, the purpose of which was to preserve the historical appearance of GES-2 as carefully as possible, was an extremely ambitious task, and its successful implementation was duly appreciated by the jury of the competition.
