MFC "Vodny", which has repeatedly become the winner of prestigious urban real estate competitions, was once again noted among the best.

In August of this year, the results of the annual competition "The Best Implemented Construction Project" for 2014, organized by the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the city, were summed up. 32 projects in 11 categories reached the final of the competition. MFC "Vodny" won in the category "The best implemented project for the construction of multifunctional shopping centers and complexes."

At the solemn awards ceremony at Luzhniki, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin presented awards to the winners of the contest, which were determined both by the City Competition Commission and by open voting among Muscovites.
