The TOP-1000 Russian Managers project has been implemented annually since 2001, it sums up the results of a year and identifies the most professional managers in Russia.

The basic principle of selection is that the best choose the best. During expert voting, the best top managers evaluate the success of their colleagues. The experts are the candidates of the rating of the current year and the laureates of previous years.

General evaluation criteria for all functional areas - "Business reputation" and "Contribution to the development of the company." An additional criterion for top managers is "Management Professionalism".

The TOP-250 top managers of the rating included 10 representatives of the construction industry.
