On February 17, HeadHunter presented its annual Russian Employer Rating. This rating is the largest study in the country in terms of the number of participants and the volume of parameters.
Metropolis ranked 2nd in construction, real estate and architecture among companies with 251 to 1,000 employees and 24th in all areas.
Also, in external assessment of job seekers Metropolis took 2nd place in the field of construction, real estate and architecture among companies with any number of employees and 46th place among all companies participating in this rating. External assessment is the opinion of job seekers who chose companies in which they would like to work, according to the methodology approved by The All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center.
We are very proud of these results, which confirm our status of an attractive employer offering its employees comfortable working conditions and the opportunity to participate in the implementation of the best construction projects in the country.
The Russian Employer Rating has been held by the HeadHunter since 2010. This year, 1923 companies applied for participation, but only 783 participants reached the final of the Rating. All companies were divided into 4 categories according to the number of employees:
- more than 5 001;
- from 1 001 to 5 000;
- from 251 to 1 000;
- from 100 to 250.
The Rating takes into account 3 main indicators: external assessment of job seekers, internal assessment of employees and the effectiveness of HR processes in the company.
The internal assessment reflects the opinion of employees about the company and is determined using the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). This is an indicator that evaluates the loyalty of employees to the organization in which they work. By analogy with traditional NPS, where consumer loyalty to a product or service is assessed, in the case of eNPS, employees are asked the question: how ready are you to recommend the company as a place of work to your friends or acquaintances?
Evaluation of effectiveness of an HR department is determined by HR specialists filling in a professional questionnaire developed by HeadHunter analysts with the recommendations of PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia B.V. consultants.
The overall ranking of the participating company in the Rating is determined by the total value of all three indicators, each of which has its own weight in the overall score (survey of job seekers - 40%, survey of employees - 40%, assessment of HR specialists - 20%).
