AFI2B is a class A + office complex. The fifteen-story office building blended harmoniously with the historic center of the city and became a new feature in its well-established architectural composition.
In addition to the office part, the project includes retail and infrastructure enterprises, as well as a three-level underground parking for 280 cars.
The first floors of the center are given to street retail: cafes, restaurants and essential stores, which provide office workers and guests of the complex with everything they need for a comfortable work process and for life. Internal planning and architectural solutions make it possible to use the space as efficiently as possible.
The total area of the center is 51,200 sq. m, of which more than 70% is rentable. The business center has excellent transport accessibility - close to the Third Transport Ring and the Garden Ring, as well as the stations of the Zamoskvoretskaya and Koltsevaya metro lines.
The undoubted pride of the project is a 2-storey office on the 15th floor with its own terrace and a second light overlooking the square of the Belorussky railway station.
AFI2B is implemented taking into account the methods of the international environmental assessment of real estate Breeam, developed by the British company BRE Global, and meets the highest requirements for the operation of office premises.
On April 21, 2022, at the 19th Moscow commercial real estate award CRE Moscow Awards 2022, the AFI2B multifunctional complex won the Class A Business Center nomination in the Office Real Estate category.
The Metropolis company acted as the general designer for this project. The specialists of the company made adjustments to the project documentation and developed detail design.
