One of the most ambitious construction projects in Moscow, the Evolution Tower, is located on the territory of the Moscow International Business Center Moscow City.
Thanks to its original form, symbolizing infinity, this 246-meter skyscraper has become the epitome of modern business Moscow. The impressive design of the building, well-developed infrastructure and efficient engineering and technical support create the most comfortable conditions for work and rest.
The high-rise part of the complex houses premium-class office premises, modern conference rooms and meeting rooms. In the stylobate area there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment facilities, food courts, and a museum complex.
The Evolution Tower is equipped with high-speed elevators with multi-level access control from all floors and the most modern engineering systems. A multi-level parking lot is located on the underground floors of the building.
The Evolution Tower was designed by Gorproekt (2011-2014), and the original idea for a spiral tower on this site (City Palace Tower) was developed by the Scottish bureau RMJM in 2005-2007.
During the construction process, the Metropolis team was involved in adjusting engineering solutions in the face of changing requirements for the complex, as well as taking into account changes in the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation.
The design solutions provided for the use of the best domestic and imported equipment, providing high rates of energy efficiency and reliability.
Evolution Tower is part of the Council's Global Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Council's Global Tall Buildings Database CTBUH.
In 2015, the Evolution Tower was among the finalists of the CTBUH competition for the best high-rise buildings in the world. Read more on the CTBUH website.
