    cultural and business center
    Bolshevik

The Bolshevik confectionery factory, one of the oldest confectionery enterprises in Russia, was built in the middle of the 19th century and immediately became an architectural landmark.

Today, a dilapidated industrial complex of historical significance has been transformed into a modern cultural and business center of an international level.

During the reconstruction, the red brick facades were restored. The interior and exterior of the buildings have retained their original color, but have been enriched with elements of the latest engineering and construction developments.

Now Bolshevik is a business center with a class A office complex and its own developed infrastructure.

The complex has restaurants, bars, cafes and shops equipped with the most modern engineering systems.

For employees and visitors, spacious ground and underground parking is provided.

For the Bolshevik complex, the Metropolis team developed design solutions for engineering systems and on-site engineering networks at the Concept and Working Documentation stages.

All decisions made by our specialists allowed us to preserve the historical facades of the complex as much as possible.
